We agreed on doing alignment on all 4 wheels for a set price. They were only able to alight the front 2 because the rears had rusty hardware and they were scared of breaking them, I agreed to leave the rears how they are, yet they still charged me full price as if they aligned all 4 wheels. Service was buns.

I recently had a windshield repair done, and my experience was very disappointing. After the repair was completed, there were still visible defects in the windshield, and the work did not appear to be done properly. I expected the damage to be repaired and the windshield to be strengthened, but that was not the case. When I contacted the company about the issue, they refused to provide a refund or return my money, even though the repair had failed almost immediately. I felt that this was unfair and poor customer service. Based on the defective repair, the windshield breaking again the next day, and the company’s refusal to issue a refund, I would not recommend this windshield repair service to others. Customers deserve quality work and a business that stands behind its services.

I've gone here a couple times, once for them to replace my door glass and regulators on both doors on my 95 F150, and most recently with my 2013 Ford C-Max to replace all 4 tires. They had me back on the road in about 45 minutes and the price was less than half the cost quoted at other shops. Thank you for your professional and reliable service! (and the free snacks!)

I purchased a set of tires for my car early July. I just showed up no appointment and they took my car right in. And they were done very fast. I took it back just a couple of days ago and they did the alignment again no appointment and again got right in no problem. The tires were a great deal and so was the alignment. I thought I needed sway bar bushings which they would've happily done but I was happy when they told me I didn't that they just needed to be tightened. I was grateful they didn't just do them anyways for the extra money. If this is the 5 star treatment everyone gets them The Brothers Tire Shop TAKES CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. Almost nobody does that anymore. Thank you so very much!
